Export, review, or delete everything

One click in Settings downloads a single file containing everything we hold about you: your profile, every visit, every transcript line, every summary and suggested question, your record sources, your previous data requests, and the access log for your record.

• Sign in and open Settings.
• Find the section headed 'Your data'.
• Choose 'Export my data'. The file downloads to your device.
• The export itself is written to your access log, so you can see when it happened.

Deletion is permanent and immediate. It removes your visits, transcripts, summaries, suggested questions, record sources, profile, and sign-in credentials. There is no recovery window, so export first if you want a copy.

• Sign in and open Settings.
• Choose 'Delete my account' at the bottom of the page.
• Type the confirmation phrase exactly as shown.
• Your record is erased and you are signed out.

De-identified research copies already contributed are not deleted, because they carry no link back to you. The research contribution page explains why.

Access to your record is logged — when it was viewed, when a brief was generated, when data was exported. That log is included in your export, so you can review it yourself rather than asking us for it.

Transcription and summarisation make mistakes. You can edit or delete any individual visit directly from that visit's page, which updates your narrative and any future brief. We do not need to do that for you.

Email admin@narrativheal.com from the address on your account and tell us what you need. We will verify it is you before acting on a request about health information, and we aim to respond within 30 days.

We will not act on a deletion request from an address we cannot tie to the account — that protection matters more than speed.
