Narrativ Heal is a personal tool that helps you capture, understand, and carry forward your own healthcare visits. You use it for yourself, on your own behalf.

You may use it to help a family member you care for, provided you have their permission and the account reflects whose health information it holds.

Narrativ Heal does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Summaries, suggested questions, and supplemental information are there to help you participate in your own care, not to replace your clinician's judgment.

Never delay seeking care because of something this app produced. In an emergency, call your local emergency number — do not use this app.

Transcription and summarisation are imperfect. Always check anything important against what your provider actually told you.

Narrativ Heal is an all-party consent product everywhere. Before every recording, you must tell everyone in the room that the conversation will be recorded and transcribed, and confirm they agree. The app requires you to confirm this, and records a timestamp — but it cannot verify what actually happened in the room.

• You are responsible for obtaining consent from everyone present, in every state, on every visit.
• A clinic, hospital, or practice may have its own policy restricting recording even where the law allows it. Respect it.
• If your provider declines, use notes mode. Recording anyway is a breach of these terms.
• Do not record anyone who has not agreed, and stop recording if anyone withdraws agreement.

Using Narrativ Heal includes contributing a de-identified copy of each visit to the Narrativ Heal research dataset. This is a condition of the service and is described in full on the research contribution page and in the privacy notice. If you do not want to participate, do not use the service.

• You must be 18 or older.
• Keep your credentials secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• Do not upload information about people who have not agreed to be recorded or described.
• Do not attempt to access anyone else's record, or to re-identify anyone in the research dataset.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, or that puts other people at risk.

Narrativ Heal offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Paid billing is not live yet. When it is, the price, renewal terms, cancellation, and refund policy will be presented to you before any charge is made, and these terms will be updated with the full billing terms at that time. Until then, no payment is taken and nothing you use costs money.

You can delete your account and your identified record at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent. If we close your account, we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your record first, unless doing so would be unlawful or unsafe.

The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that summaries, transcripts, or extracted clinical events are complete or accurate, and you should not rely on them as your sole record of care.

The remaining warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution provisions are being finalised with counsel and will be published here before paid billing goes live. We would rather leave this section visibly incomplete than publish boilerplate we have not reviewed.
